Microsoft Outlook and MAPI Information

When I select a source MAPI profile or PST file, those options are not available on the Target Format screen in Aid4Mail 4. Why?

Unlike Aid4Mail Console, the current GUI version of Aid4Mail 4 cannot export a source MAPI profile or PST file to a target MAPI profile or PST file.

The workaround is to first export your emails to the Outlook MSG format, and then re-export those files to your target format. For more detailed instructions, please see this article: how to migrate from PST/MAPI to PST/MAPI

Please be aware that Aid4Mail version 5 can converter between PST and MAPI profiles in the GUI interface.
