Attachments in MHT files get saved with a bad file name. Why?

This issue is due to a bug in Internet Explorer. When you click on an attachment link in an MHT file to save the document to disk, Internet Explorer displays an incorrect file name in the "Save As" dialog box. You should replace it with a more meaningful name and especially add the appropriate file extension (use the same extension as displayed in the attachment link).
